Are classes accredited for CE (Continuing Education) requirements?

Yes, typically the classes are approved for CE credit from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), and sometimes are AQB approved for appraiser CE credit. See class description here. You can also check with your State Accreditation Office, or contact me regarding what CE credit is available.

Why should one affiliate with IAAO?

There are many advantages to being affiliated with IAAO. They are the premier mass appraisal association on the planet! My career was enhanced by the many resources available to members. Contact me for a great deal if you wish to join. For more information click here

Most students dress comfortably or wear business casual. Jeans are fine.

Usually we meet 8:00am Р4:30pm, with lunch around 11:45-12:45. The final day is test day, if required,  which starts at 8:00am and is done by Noon.

Are there hotels that you recommend in the Greenfield area?

There are many good hotels in the local area. Most require at least 10 rooms or more in order to provide a discount. So I suggest checking on Google for what is available.

Can you accommodate students that have special needs?

Yes, just let me know what is needed a few days before the start of class.
